HI, I’M CLAIRE
I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Leader in Running Fitness, and an avid runner.
As a dedicated personal trainer and run coach for women, I’m passionate about helping women rediscover joy in fitness and reconnect with their self-confidence. My goal is to guide you in finding the excitement in running and exercising, empowering you to train in ways that uplift you, not in ways that feel like a chore. I’ll also support you with personalised guidance on fueling your body for optimal performance – no restrictive diets or calorie counting. Your running and training programme will be crafted uniquely for you, designed to help you reach your goals in a fun, motivating, and positive environment.
